Soymeatloaf
(yes, it's playing in mah head: I will dooo aaaanythiiiing foooor looove...)

3 dl of soy crumbles, 3 dl water, half a veggie & half a meat stock cube. Heat the water, add stock cubes, when dissolved, mix with soy crumbles in a bowl. Add dried mushrooms should you have them (I DID YAY). I also poured in some of the oil from a jar of sun-dried tomatoes. It blends in beautifully and adds taste.

Meanwhile boil 1 dl of bulgur and chop onions and garlic. Let the bulgur cool down a while. Then mix everything, add spices to your liking (I used chili, cajun, black pepper, etc) and add an egg - if you're not vegan - and breadcrumbs until you're happy with the mix. Then oil a dish, press the mix into it in a meatloafy formation and shove it in the oven for about an hour in 150 - 175 Celsius. I used the wood stove oven so no idea about what the temperature might have been but it was in there for more than an hour, anyway. I ate some of it right away, some will end up in pepper sauce today. I might freeze a piece, too.

Hankikanto = kissat riehuut. Lara puus.

The hard crust on the snow even carried me today. The cats are in spring mode, they run around on the snow now that they CAN and run up trees while they're at it.
