In 2010 the storms did a lot of damage in the woods, trees fell and some took the moss with their roots. Soon after I noticed the rock which had been hidden under the moss bears the marks of the glacier of the Ice Age. I've taken photos before but needed to go back and get some more.

Yeah the summer was a little late this year, but it came, so no complaints here.
Ta-dah, ehkä miu lempiruokain - tai ainakii yks niist. Venepottuloi omast Siiklist, vähäse possuu, vähä halloumii, vähä oliivii ja fetaa, pari aurinkokuivattuu tomaattii ja ol siel kurkkuviipaleitakkii lautasel. Herraisä tää on hyyvvää. Ja halpaa! Tän lautasellise jälkee jaksoin keitellä loput kriikunat hilloks, oiskoha tuota viitise litraa nyt yhteesä ja osan oon antant poiskii. Ja puihi jäi viel jokune puolkypsä kriikuna(kilo)... noh, näil männää.
My favourite dish, or at least one of them: oven-baked potato wedges (homegrown potatoes, naturally), a piece of pork, some halloumi, olives, feta and sun-dried tomatoes. Cucumber slices too to add a bit of freshness. Delicious, yet cheap. The meal gave me energy to cook the rest of the damson jam, there's about 5 liters of it, and I already gave some away. And there are still some (kilos of) damsons in the trees... oh well.
